NO RAINING ON SILVER MINX'S PARADE

Dec 18, 2013

Inclement weather delayed the start of the races at Mount Barker on Friday the  6th of November. But it wasn't enough to stop proceedings and Silver Minx's dominant display to romp home in the 1860m 58+ Handicap.

Silver Minx destroyed his rivals winning by 6 1/4 lengths, the wet weather seemed to be to his liking and he won with a leg in the air!

Ridden to perfection by come back rider Clint Harvey, Silver Minx was taken straight to the leading position and Clint made every post a winner right to the line. Clint was in fine form on the day riding a double!

Silver Minx's record now stands at 3 wins, 9 seconds and 1 third from 26 starts  with prize money of $46,741. Sliver Minx is no champion but he tries hard and certainly is a stable favorite at our Ascot base.

Sliver Minx is raced by Gail Harvey on lease from his breeders Lex and Shirley Piper. Congratulations to all concerned.
