Race 1: 9-My Dirty Secret (Clint Harvey)
My Dirty Secret jumped well and landed in a forward position when racing first-up from a spell at Northam 15/05, but she faded out of contention in the straight to finish well beaten behind Keeto.
That effort was disappointing considering her solid trial form beforehand and we believe she is capable of much more than that.
Blinkers have been added to her gear today and she's drawn well dropping back to the 1000m journey, so we're looking for a much more competitive performance here.
Race 7: 16-Slick Shifter (Shaun McGruddy)
Slick Shifter dropped in grade and distance at Albany (8/05) last start, and ran on okay in the straight after settling in the back half.
He gave us the impression he is looking for something a bit further so we have stepped him back up to the mile today.
Will slide back from his awkward barrier draw and we're looking for him to run on and pass a few in the straight.
